About Us

Lily May Pâtisserie was founded by Louise and Mark Sinclair and named after their daughters: Charlotte Sophie May and Annabelle Scarlett Lily. We both share a passion for food and in particular cakes and pastries. Mark has 15 years self-taught experience and is embarking on a Degree in Culinary Arts and Louise has been baking for friends and family for 7 years and is about to begin Level 2 ABC Sugarcraft course in Cake Decorating. We have both completed Bakery, Pâtisserie and Confectionery courses at Bournemouth and Poole College.

After noticing a gap in the market for good wholesome home cooking we created Lily May Pâtisserie, where orders can be delivered for free within a 5 mile radius (minimum order £10.00), prices are available for further distances, please place your order 24 hours in advance. We offer a wide selection of cakes and pastries and are always happy to help with any suggestions for events, or functions.If you are having a party and would like a selection of petits fours pastries, or canapés we can cater for this as well. We will work with you to create the perfect menu for your event.
